Leadership and Strategy: Thinking, planning and leading strategically

This interactive and experiential workshop addresses effective leadership by examining personality styles and strategy and the reciprocal relationship both have with organizational culture. Reviewing four different leadership styles, the workshop will highlight individual differences with respect to information processing, emotional intelligence, and interpersonal style, as well as how those factors influence the ‘fit’ between the leader, the team, and the organization.

Communication and Conflict Resolution

This full day workshop combines experiential techniques and exercises, with advanced training on the components of interpersonal communication, as well as effective conflict resolution.
