Our industry is in transition ad we’re at the dawn of a new era. That of Workplace Management. Building on a solid baseline of FM operational excellence, our industry is well placed to deliver new sources of strategic value by maximizing the performance of the ‘workplace experience’, and delivering and managing infrastructure that is consciously aligned to the drivers, volatility, desires, personality, recruitment and productivity needs of organizations.
